Self-doubt is what causes us to play smaller and doubt ourselves.

Today I want to share with you a powerful exercise that I learned from a mentor of mine, who helped me create my greatest year yet. I know you have goals and dreams, and maybe you have achieved some of them already, but maybe you haven't had them as consistently as you would like. And there is no such thing as a perfect day every single day. There's going to be adversities that we're all going to face and challenges we're going to need to overcome. But my intention is for you to get a visual experience to see what it would feel like for your greatest year yet, knowing that challenges and adversities are coming, knowing that people are going to get sick in your life at some point, people are going to come and go as friends, opportunities may come and go as well. And I just want you to sit with it and experience it for a moment and imagine what that greatest year could look like and feel like. And go ahead and take a moment to share just a couple things in the comments of what opened up for you in anything that resonated with you from what you were visualizing and thinking about right there. Go ahead and share in the comments what opened up for you. So before you type anything in, again I want you to think about and imagine what your greatest year would look like in your relationships with the people you care about, your friends and family, the activities you're doing on a daily basis, the adventures you go on, the people that you meet and interact with, the mentors that you get to work with and that support you, the health that you create for yourself where you feel proud of where you feel like I did something really good for myself today around moving my body around stretching my body around eating things that I know support and serve me and lift me up. I just want you to imagine what that looks like and what that experience would be like. And I know that you've experienced these things before and I want to ask you a question: if you could identify in your mind what your greatest year yet would look like, what it could look like, what it could feel like, what the experiences would be on a daily basis, who you'd be spending time with, who you'd be traveling with, where you'd be working, where you'd be living, how much money you'd be making, how much impact you'd be having, how much joy you'd be feeling... if you could identify all of that in your mind right now, would you do it? Of course you would! Because who wouldn't want to live their greatest year yet? Who wouldn't want to make their dreams come true? Who wouldn't want to feel fulfilled and happy and grateful every single day? But here's the thing: most people don't do this exercise. Most people don't take the time to visualize their ideal year. Most people don't write down their goals and their plans and their strategies. Most people don't take action on their vision. Most people don't have accountability or support or guidance. Most people don't have the mindset or the habits or the skills or the tools to make their greatest year yet happen. And that's why I'm here. That's why I created this blog. That's why I'm sharing this exercise with you. Because I want to help you create your greatest year yet. I want to help you turn your vision into reality. I want to help you overcome any obstacle or challenge or fear or doubt that may come your way. I want to help you live your best life possible. And I know it's possible for you. Because it was possible for me. And it was possible for thousands of other people who have done this exercise and followed my guidance and achieved amazing results in their lives. How to Create a Morning Routine That Works for You If you're like most people, you probably don't have a morning routine. You just wake up, check your phone, and you know, get a cup of coffee. You don't know where to start, it's not a priority for you yet, but you want one to help you live out a more meaningful mission in your life. So, on a scale from one to ten, how effective is your morning routine in helping you build the exact life that you want? I asked this question to my audience and I got a lot of twos, threes, fours, and some ones and a half. I also saw some fives, sixes, and even a couple of nines. Where are you guys? But did you know that 92 percent of people with a morning routine consider themselves highly productive? And people with a morning routine have less stress. But if you're feeling overwhelmed or stressed in your life, I am telling you, when you give yourself a simple structure in your morning, it can transform the rest of your day. And these things compound over time. So if you never take care of what you need to in the morning and you continue to build on stress every day, it's going to compound. Well, I'm here to tell you that it doesn't have to be that way. You don't need to wake up at the crack of dawn or spend hours meditating or doing yoga or reading books or journaling or whatever else. You just need to find what works for you. And that's what I'm going to help you with today. I'm going to share with you three simple steps to create a morning routine that works for you.
