a) Email Advise your the remote id and Allow/Grant my access @ the email's advance appointment time  (For interactive access)
OR
b) Provide the access details for other hours and leave Computer on. (For unattended access)

3) Target Support hours: SG +8 GMT  10am to 5pm and advise description of the technical issue.
